For the action portion of my CAS requirement, I have chosen to do two things, 1) Go to the gym, and 2) Play on the tennis team. Of these, the main thing that I planned to do was go to the gym. I partially chose to go to the gym as my CAS requirement because I knew it would force me to actually go out an exercise.
